1. Search: You can search and listen to the entire catalog using Genre, Sub-Genre and Tags. To search via Tempo (Fast, Up, Mid, Slow) click on desired Tempo under "Tags". 2. Choose: Once you decide on a song, simply click on "license" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to create an account. 3. License: Pick the type of License you desire (TV, Film, etc.), give a description of the intended use and follow the prompts. You will be able to pay via Pay Pal (Credit card, Bank account). 4. Download: Once payment is confirmed, you will be able to download a high quality MP3 of the entire song. If the song is a "vocal" song, the "non-vocal" version (if available) will be free, simply request at Plunksongs@aol.com. License specifics: 1. Term: Perpetuity

WHEREAS, Licensor owns, controls or administers the copyright in the musical composition entitled (the“Composition”) and also owns or controls the copyright in the master recording embodying the Composition (the “Master”); and WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to reproduce and record the Composition/Master, in whole or in part, in synchronization and/or timed relation as part of Licensee’s programming entitled , in whole or in part, and in any and all versions thereof and derivatives including but not limited to, in any program constituting a retrospective, “best of,” or review programming, in whole or in part, (collectively, the “Programming”);
NOW, THEREFORE it is agreed as follows:
1. For consideration of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the non-exclusive, irrevocable right and license to record and to perform the Composition/Master in synchronization and/or timed relation in the specified Programming. This License shall cover Licensee’s unlimited usage of any such Composition/Master or any portions or excerpts thereof, used within the Programming.
2. Licensee shall have the specific right to use the Composition/Master within the specified Programming and to reproduce, distribute, transmit, retransmit and/or otherwise exploit the Programming on all forms of wireless and/or online technology now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to on-demand video, audio and/or visual stream, still or download of the program). Rights granted apply to all versions of the program in whole or in part and includes advertising and promotional rights in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
3. Licensee shall have the right to use the Composition/Master (in whole or in part) in connection with
the advertising, promotion and/or publicizing of the Programming and/or Licensee’s programming services in and by any and all media, methods, manner and formats now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, television excerpts and trailers (collectively, “Promos”).
4. The term (“Term”) of this license is: In Perpetuity
5. The territory (“Territory”) covered by this license is: The Universe
6. The type and timing of use of the Composition/Master is up to full length use of song
7. Licensor’s administrative share of the Composition/Master is: 100% Plunksongs BMI/100% Plunksongs
8. Licensee shall include the composition on any cue sheets filed.
9. Licensor shall not have any right or interest in the Programming and/or Promos, and Licensee
shall have the right to advertise, promote and otherwise make use of the Programming and Promos as Licensee determines in its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee is under no obligation to include the Composition/Master within the Programming and/or Promos.
10. Licensee shall have the right to use and authorize others to use the name, likeness, biographical material and/or voice (as contained in the Composition/Master and/or as provided in any materials provided by an authorized third party (e.g., a so-called “stock footage house”), by Licensor, if applicable for the purpose of advertising, promotion and/or publicizing the Programming and/or Licensees’ programming services, but not so as to constitute an endorsement of any other product or service.
11. Licensee shall be entitled to assign all or a portion of the rights and licenses granted herein for the purposes of authorizing or permitting the exhibition, broadcast, transmission, reproduction or performance of the Programming and/or Promos, and/or portions or excerpts thereof, and shall be entitled to assign this agreement in its entirety to any person, firm or corporation acquiring ownership of or production rights to the Programming and/or Promos without further payment to Licensor. For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall be entitled to assign all or a portion of the rights and licenses granted herein to an entity or person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, such specified entity or person.
12. As between Licensor and Licensee, Licensee shall be solely responsible for securing any required nondramatic public performance licenses from ASCAP, BMI and/or SESAC and/or any other appropriate performing rights organization with respect to the authorized exhibition of the Programming and/or Promos.
13. Licensor represents and warrants that (i) Licensor has full power and authority to enter into and fully perform this agreement and that it owns or controls the rights in the Composition and Master granted to Licensee herein; (ii) all elements within the Composition and Master are either original with the Licensor or are fully cleared by the Licensor; (iii) the Composition and Master are free and clear of any liens or claims; (iv) Licensee’s use of the Master/Composition in the manner authorized herein will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity or claims for payment of re-use fees or residuals (any and all third party payments shall be Licensor’s responsibility) and (v) Licensor will not act in a manner or enter into any oral or written agreements inconsistent with this agreement.
14. Licensor shall indemnify and hold harmless Licensee, its parents, successors, assigns and
licensees from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, actions, suits, other claims arising out of Licensee’s exercise of such rights, or Licensor’s breach or alleged breach, in whole or in part, of the foregoing representations and warranties. Licensor shall reimburse Licensee upon demand for any payment made by Licensee at any time with respect to such losses, damages, liabilities, attorneys’ fees and costs, actions, suits or other claims to which the foregoing indemnity applies.
15. This license is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the respective licensees,
successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
